The Association is led by a 12-member Executive Committee, all of whom are people with physical disabilties. Members are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to serve in the Executive Committee on an honorary basis. Their term of service is for two years from the day of election. The Executive Committee is assisted by a team of full-time staff and supported by trained volunteers.
