People with physical disabilities are welcome to join HWA as a member to participate in its activities and benefit from its welfare programs. There are three categories of membership:   Ordinary Membership Life Membership Associate Membership Membership Ordinary membership shall be opened to persons with physical disabilities and who are Singapore Citizens within the age group of 16 to 60 years old at the time of application. Conversion to Life Membership shall be opened to Ordinary Members with at least 5 continuous years of membership. Conversion is based on application and is subjected to approval by the Executive Committee and upon payment of $100.00 (one-time payment only) as membership fee. Associate Membership shall be open to all other persons with physical disabilities within the age group of 16 to 60 years old at the time of application and who are not Singapore Citizens.
