  • Foreigners including tourists and employment pass holders.

    Handicaps Welfare Association is providing this Personal Care Service at a very affordable rate.

    The main objective of this service are as follows:

    1. People with disabilities would be more independent in dealing with their self-care needs;

    2. More people with disabilities would be able to participate in programmes organised by various associations and communities;

    3. Family members would be relieved from regular care and thereby free them to participate in activities and employment; and

    4. Personal Care Services would be able to improve the quality of lives of people with severe disabilities.
