About the donation campaign

Every day, HWA empowers persons with physical disabilities and the elderly to live with greater dignity, independence and hope. Through rehabilitation services, home personal care, senior day care and wheelchair-accessible transport, we help our beneficiaries overcome daily challenges and stay connected to their families and communities.

On 12 December 2026, HWA will be holding our annual Charity Lunch 2026, a meaningful fundraising event that brings together beneficiaries, volunteers, partners and compassionate supporters who share a common purpose in transforming lives.

As a voluntary welfare organisation, HWA relies heavily on the generosity of individuals, families and organisations to sustain these essential services. Your support today will help ensure that our beneficiaries continue receiving the care and assistance they need, regardless of their circumstances.

HWA is dedicated to creating awareness and impacting the lives of persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Our goal for the HWA Charity Lunch 2026 is to raise vital funds for our core services:

  • Rehabilitation
  • Wheelchair Accessible Transport
  • Home Care Services
  • Senior Day Care Centre

Every single donation, no matter the size, directly supports our beneficiaries and the elderly.

Your continued generosity directly fuels our HWA Charity Lunch 2026 and ensures the sustained funding of HWA’s essential programmes.

How You Help

Every Donation Makes a Real Difference

  • $10 covers transport or personal care
    Help financially needy individual in their two-way transportation costs to visit hospitals for Medical Consultation and collection of medication. Or help him/her to receive Personal Care Services.
  • $50 funds rehabilitation or home consultation
    Assist financially needy individual to receive 5-6 sessions of Rehabilitation sessions or 2 doctor’s consultation sessions at home.
  • $100 provides a week of home care support
    Assist financially needy individual to receive 7-8 nursing services at home.
  • $200 sends a student with disabilities to school
    To fund the transport services for student with disabilities, for 1 month, so he/she can go to school (based on the family’s financial means testing).
