52nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

September 18, 2021 @ 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm

All Life and Ordinary Members of HWA (and to all Associate, Honorary, Beneficiary, Founder and Corporate Members)

The Association will be conducting the 52nd Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA) scheduled as follows:

Date : Saturday, 18 September 2021

Time : 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm

Venue: To be confirmed

In light of the COVID-19 situation and pursuant to the relevant order under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020, depending on the situation nearer to the AGM date, HWA will decide whether to hold a physical AGM meeting or to have an Online AGM. HWA will keep you informed of the arrangement by mid-August 2021.

AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

Under item (d) of the Agenda, the Committee recommends some changes to the Constitution to ensure the continuing relevance to the Association. You can send in your vote by 8 Sep 2021 for the Constitution changes via any of the following methods:
