HWA WHEEL, WALK OR JOG 2026 YOUR SUPPORT CAN CHANGE LIVES – JOIN US TODAY
February 1, 2026 - August 31, 2026
Dear Donors,
I live with my 76-year-old mother. Since my father passed away in 2019, she has been my pillar of strength, caring for me tirelessly even as she grows older each day. I worry about what the future holds — what will happen when her health declines, and how I will manage without her. Still, I strive every day to maintain as much independence and dignity as I can, for both of us.
Support can be given by completing the enclosed donation form* to sponsor a WWJ Wheelchair Bannerette or make a direct donation.(*Please mail the completed donation form to 16 Whampoa Drive Singapore 327725 by 31 Aug 2026)
Why Your Donation Matters
Making an Impact Together
The Wheel, Walk or Jog (WWJ) event is the signature annual fundraiser and social outreach program organized by HWA. For over 40 years, this event has brought together persons with physical disabilities (PWDs), seniors, and the able-bodied community to complete a scenic route side by side.
What is the Wheel, Walk or Jog Event?
It is more than just a charity walk; it is a powerful celebration of inclusivity. By having participants “wheel, walk, or jog” together, the event breaks down social barriers and highlights the shared desire for independence and community belonging.
Why Your Donation is a “Big Help”
Donations from the public are the lifeblood of HWA’s mission. While government subsidies cover some costs, many beneficiaries still struggle to afford the remaining fees for essential services. Your contribution bridges that gap in life-changing ways;
