Dear Member

We wish to inform you that HWA’s 50th AGM is to be held on Sat, 7 September 2019 at 1.30pm at the Association’s Multi-Purpose Hall, 16 Whampoa Drive, Singapore 327725.

TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT

We are pleased to inform you that free shuttle service will be provided from designated MRT stations for members who are attending the AGM. For your convenience, there will be two shuttle services from the following pick-up points:

(a)     Novena Square Shopping Centre (at the exit facing Tan Tock Seng Hospital) to HWA’s office at Whampoa from 12.00nn to 12.30pm.

(b)     Boon Keng MRT Station Exit B (at the exit next to the McDonald’s) to HWA’s office at Whampoa Drive from 12.00nn to 12.30pm.

Return trips to the respective MRT stations will be arranged after the AGM.

If you have difficulty in using public transport and wish to use the dial-a-ride service, you can make a booking by phone, at least 4 working days in advance (ie by 2 September 2019), with Ms Grace Ng/Ms Karen Lai at 62543006.  Dial-a-ride service is chargeable at a special rate of $10 for a two-way trip.
